Moisture Mitigation
Hydrostatic pressure from below can cause epoxy coatings to blister and delaminate within months if not addressed. We test for moisture vapor emission using calcium chloride or RH probes, then apply a two-component epoxy moisture barrier rated to 25 lbs/1000 sq ft/24 hrs before the finish coats.
