- How long does installation take?
Most residential garages are completed in 1–2 days. Commercial timelines vary by size and prep. Typical cure times: 24 hours for light foot traffic, 48–72 hours for vehicles, and 5–7 days for full chemical resistance. Polyaspartic systems cure faster.
- Do you handle surface preparation?
Yes. We mechanically prepare concrete with diamond grinding (and shot blasting when needed), repair cracks and spalls, and profile the surface to ensure strong, long‑lasting adhesion.
- How durable and chemical‑resistant are your coatings?
We use high‑solids, industrial‑grade epoxy and urethane systems designed for abrasion, impact, and chemical resistance. Polyaspartic topcoats add UV stability and excellent wear properties.
- What if my slab has moisture issues?
We perform moisture testing and, if required, apply a moisture vapor barrier (MVB) epoxy before installing the final system to protect against delamination.
- What maintenance is required?
Clean with mild detergent and water, use soft bristle brooms or microfiber mops, avoid harsh acids, and use mats at entries. We can refresh topcoats when needed to extend service life.
